Pocket Chix media is in the form of Quicktime movies. If you do not already have Quicktime,
an installer program has been included. We strongly recommend that you upgrade to Quicktime
5.0. If you do not have quicktime installed, you will not be able to view the movies.
Website links
There are links to internet files included in the viewer. These commands will open your
default browser and take you to the requested page. If you have not selected a default
browser, you may be prompted by the machine to locate a browser when using the Pocket Chix
weblinks.
If your dialer isn't set to auto launch when opening TCP/IP Applications, you may have to
dial into your ISP, launch your browser, and return to the Viewer Application to use the
web links.
Users who do not have a properly configured system and those users on a internal network
with firewall protection may recieve an error message when trying to use the weblinks.
Opening a browser manually before using the weblinks may fix this problem for some users.

Your exclusive remedy under this paragraph shall be, at PVPOs option, either the refund of any purchase price paid for the PVP Software or the replacement of the PVP Software which is returned to PVP or an authorized PVP distributor or representative. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ON THE MEDIA, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO SIXTY (60) DAYS FROM THE DATE YOU RECEIVE THE SOFTWARE. In no event shall PVPOs total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount of fifty dollars ($50.00). 6. Registration Information. If you enter into any registration section and/or form within, you agree to forward to PVP truthful and factually accurate information on the Registration Page. That information may be used by PVP to provide you with information about future upgrades to the PVP Software. PVP agrees not to sell the personal information you provide through the Registration Page, but that information may be provided to distributors, retailers and manufacturers involved in the distribution of the PVP Software for statistical and promotional purposes. 7. Export Law Assurances. You may not use or otherwise export or reexport the PVP Software except as authorized by United States law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which the PVP Software was obtained. In particular, but without limitation, the PVP Software may be exported or reexported (i) into (or to a national or resident of ) any U.S. embargoed country, or (ii) to anyone on the U.S. Treasury DepartmentOs list of Specially Designated Nationals or the U.S. Department of CommerceOs Table of Denial Orders. By using the PVP Software, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, under control of, or a national or resident of any such country or on any such list. 8. Controlling Law and Severability. This License shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision, or portion thereof, to be unenforceable, the remainder of this License shall continue in full force and effect. 9. Complete Agreement. This License constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the use of the PVP Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding such subject matter.
